Dr. Carol Folt, who joined UNC last year, says she believes UNC-Chapel Hill can do it all, excelling in both academics and athletics. In a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, she discussed leading a university in turbulent times and what comes after the NCAA's ruling. "A lot of my job is working to change culture and rebuild trust. I have inherited a community that wants to change."
