UNC fencing coach Ron Miller spent a lifetime teaching what he calls ‘the ultimate sport’

Fencing coach Ron Miller has been at UNC Chapel Hill since 1967, and, close to 70, has no plans to retire. “That’s the question I get about 20 times a year,” Miller said. “And a lot of coaches that recruit against us, that’s one off the first things they say to kids — that I’m going to retire.” Miller does not look like he is near retirement.
