Larry Fedora is about to start his third season at North Carolina, and his fingerprints are all over the program. He’s had two seasons to recruit, install a high-octane offense and polish all the other aspects, large and small, of a Division I football program. Miscommunication or not grasping expectations are no longer excuses because Fedora’s way of doing things has had enough time to take root.
