He runs a 4.3 second 40 yard dash. Love's 247Sports Crystal Ball currently is 92% North Carolina and 8% South Carolina with 13 total predictions registered. UNC has an outside chance with Garner (NC) product Nyheim Hines. The 5-foot-9, 187-pound running back runs a 4.34 40 yard dash and holds 20 offers.
