Golf Tournament Set To Benefit Morelli Family

A fund-raising golf tournament will be held on Friday June 27 at Catawba Springs Golf Course in Hickory with proceeds benefiting the daughter of long-time Tar Heel head football equipment and business manager Dominic Morelli. The event is being organized by Tar Heel Letterman Mark Sigmon (1984) through the Hearts and Hope Foundation Inc. Kaitlin Morelli has been receiving treatment for pleural mesothelioma. Organizers are also looking for a corporate event sponsors. (UNC Lettermen)
