Trip to UNC is surprise for JU
Posted May 29, 2007
Unlike last year, when Jacksonville University needed an at-large berth to make the NCAA Baseball Tournament, there was little suspense in the Dolphins' locker room Monday as the team watched the selection show. Already assured of a bid after winning the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament, the only unknown was where and who the Dolphins would play. That was a bit of a surprise, too, as JU won't go to Tallahassee and instead is the fourth seed in the Chapel Hill, N.C., Regional.
