James Michael McAdoo's decision is incredibly impactful for Isaiah Hicks, who played sparingly as a freshman. Hicks should be able to see more court time, gain experience, and prove his worth as a viable option at forward for the Tar Heels. 2013-2014 was a forgettable season for Hicks who struggled to gain playing time or find his role in Roy Williams' offense.
