No. 11 North Carolina opens the 2014 baseball season in unusual fashion Saturday as the Tar Heels visit the College of Charleston for a three-game set at Patriots Point. Extreme winter weather in Chapel Hill left Boshamer Stadium covered in snow and ice, prompting the relocation of the series to the South Carolina Low Country.
