World Series Pairings and Times Announced


The game times and pairings for the first two days of the baseball College World Series have been announced. The 61st MCWS will be played at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha from June 15-25. Friday's second game pits No. 3 North Carolina (53-13) against Mississippi State (38-20), and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. eastern time (6 p.m. central). UNC was the runner-up at the 2006 MCWS, while Mississippi State is making its first MCWS appearance since 1998. (Inside Carolina)
