Average not good enough for UNC
Posted Feb 3, 2014
At least temporarily, the worry and stress fled from the North Carolina locker room on Saturday. The Tar Heels defeated rival N.C. State in a wire-to-wire win that was never particularly close, and in the process they climbed back even to 4-4 in conference after an 0-3 start. It was a feel-good moment for a team that hasn’t felt good since mid-December, when it beat Kentucky in the Smith Center.
