Kendall Marshall putting up huge assist numbers as starter

As a starter for the Los Angeles Lakers, Kendall Marshall is averaging 13.4 points and 12.4 assists in eight games. In comparison, Clippers point guard Chris Paul is leading the league with 11.2 assists a night through 34 games. Marshall has three games with 15 assists or more, joining Nick Van Exel and Magic Johnson as the only Lakers players over the last 25 years to achieve that mark.
