For the Tar Heels to avoid an 0-3 start to their ACC season, they must upset undefeated and No. 2-ranked Syracuse. Tip-off Saturday at the Carrier Dome is set for noon and will be televised by ESPN. No. 2 Syracuse enters Saturday’s contest with a 15-0 (2-0 ACC) record. C.J. Fair has lived up to his ACC Preseason Player of the Year hype thus far, averaging 17.2 points on 45.9 percent shooting.
