Final thoughts from Wake Forest's 74-62 win against UNC

Sunday, January 05, 2014

North Carolina shot 38.7 percent from the floor while Wake Forest finished shooting 57 percent inside the 3-point arc. The difference was too much to overcome for the Tar Heels, even though they out-rebounded Wake Forest 53-34 and 36-14 in the first half. The reason? Wake destroyed North Carolina’s perimeter defense.
