UNC gives away a likely win
Posted Jan 5, 2014
The Tar Heels were given a gift-wrapped first half and did nothing with it, ultimately losing 73-67 to Wake Forest. North Carolina trailed Wake Forest 34-32 at halftime despite out-rebounding Wake Forest 36-14, and that lead only grew from there. Simply put, the Tar Heels missed the easy ones and gave them away on the defensive end, and that’s never a recipe for winning.
