Inconsistency bringing out Roy Williams' creative side

North Carolina's inconsistency is forcing coach Roy Williams to add new twists to old tricks. On Friday night, with UNC defending poorly during a 75-60 win against Northern Kentucky, Williams made a mass substitution. He's done that on many occasions, but this was different because of the timing. Four reserves joined Marcus Paige on the court after the halftime break.
