Shooting a free throw is a science

Understanding the nuts and bolts of an effective free throw stroke is something completely separate from coaching five players to operate on the court like the fingers on a hand. I know Roy Williams loves and excels at the latter, but I worry that his players don't get effective instruction on the former from him or any of his assistants. They should.
