Deon Thompson Leads National Team To 102-51 Win

Powered by a balanced offensive showing that saw eight U.S. players score between seven and 15 points, the USA Men's U19 World Championship Team opened the 2007 Global Games in Dallas, Texas, with a lopsided 102-51 victory over Team Africa. North Carolina rising sophomore Deon Thompson scored 13 points to help lead the USA to the victory.
