Roy Williams offers Chase Jeter

Roy Williams made his second scholarship offer in two days on Friday, this one to 2015 center Chase Jeter from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jeter (6'9", 215) is rated a 5-star recruit by Scout.com and 4-stars by Rivals.com, 247 Sports, and ESPN.

Jeter is also a high school teammate of fellow center Stephen Zimmerman, who received an offer from Roy Williams on Thursday. Williams visited the duo on Wednesday and obviously saw enough to convince him that both offers were clearly warranted.
In addition to UNC's offer, Jeter also holds offers from Arizona, Kansas, and UCLA, among several others. There is no timetable on a decision for either Jeter or Zimmerman, but since both hold offers from UNC it may increase the chances that they'd both decide to attend an east-coast school, such as UNC, together.
