We’re almost halfway through the 2013 college football regular season, which seems like a fair amount of time to look at how teams have performed. North Carolina holds the worst overall record and is tied with N.C. State and Duke for the worst ACC-record. That’s a big black eye for The Old North State. (Greensboro News & Record)
