ACC Football Power Rankings

9. North Carolina: UNC confuses me. Midway through the second quarter against Georgia Tech, the Tar Heels were up 20-7 and I was seriously considering them as a threat to win the Coastal Division. Two-plus quarters later, UNC hadn't scored another point, the Heels are leaving Atlanta with a loss (again) and I've dropped them to No. 9 in the power rankings. (ACC Sports Journal)
