7. North Carolina: The Tar Heels are hard to figure out. They have all the talent you could want. They were fantastic in the first half against Georgia Tech on Saturday. And then the second half happened, and UNC’s woes in Atlanta continue. But the Tar Heels’ two losses this year have arguably come to two teams in the top 40 or so in the country, and both on the road. (Fox Sports Carolinas)
