Not-so-sweet 16: It’s been 16 years since North Carolina has beaten Georgia Tech in Atlanta. The Tar Heels had their chance to end the streak Saturday when they jumped out to a 20-7 lead, but completely shut down offensively after having an apparent 82-yard TD called back by a penalty on their opening possession of a second half that was made all the more miserable by a torrential rainstorm.
