Georgia Tech rallies to top North Carolina 28-20

David Sims ran for 99 yards and two touchdowns and Georgia Tech recovered after North Carolina scored the first two touchdowns to beat the Tar Heels 28-20 on Saturday. Georgia Tech earned its eighth straight home win in the series. North Carolina has not won at Bobby Dodd Stadium since 1997. Overall, Georgia Tech has won eight of the last nine in the series.
