Georgia standout linebacker commits to UNC

Ebele Okakpu thought last month that North Carolina would be a fine place to play football. Last weekend he was certain of it. Okakpu, one of Georgia’s top high-school seniors, committed to UNC on Saturday while visiting the Chapel Hill campus on his own. He already had 17 scholarship offers and had narrowed his choices to UNC, Georgia, Miami and Virginia Tech. (Winston-Salem Journal)
