As UNC prepares for its home season opener Saturday vs. Middle Tennessee State, the second year coach-whose team would have qualified for the ACC title game last season if not for NCAA sanctions-believe it's getting there. "'Changing the culture' means creating an atmosphere that the entire Tar Heel nation will be proud of," said the former head coach at Southern Miss.
