Jim Larranaga signs extension at Miami through 2022 season

Miami head coach Jim Larranaga is being rewarded for bringing the Hurricanes their first ACC regular season and tournament championship. On Thursday, the school announced that Larranaga had signed an extension through the 2022 season. Larranaga was named the National Coach of the Year by multiple outlets last season, after guiding the Hurricanes to a No. 2 ranking and a Sweet 16 appearance. Miami also set a school record with 29 wins.
