MTSU's QB does not practice; backups preparing to play at UNC


MTSU quarterback Logan Kilgore’s backups prepared to play, and possibly start, against North Carolina in practice on Saturday. Kilgore did not practice in the team’s workout after injuring his right throwing shoulder in MTSU’s 45-24 season-opening win over Western Carolina on Thursday. Coach Rick Stockstill said he does not know if Kilgore will be able to play at UNC. (DNJ.com)
