Planting the seeds of success?

The Tar Heels get a chance today to reap some of what they have sown during the first nine practices of training camp. UNC's workout is scheduled to conclude with a scrimmage that will help sort out the depth chart as the team nears its season opener, set for Sept. 1 against James Madison. Competition for starting positions remains open almost everywhere on the field, including quarterback and running back. (Durham Herald-Sun)
