Which teams have the most returning starters in the ACC?

While Miami, which was picked to finish first in the Coastal Division, has more returning starters than anyone in the league with 19, the other division favorite – Clemson – has the third fewest with only 13. And while Duke has the second-most returning starters in the ACC at 17, coach David Cutcliffe’s Blue Devils were still predicted to finish last in their division.
