Jim Grobe changes redshirting philosophy to get Wake’s best players on the field

Jim Grobe built a championship team at Wake Forest around a philosophy of redshirting most, if not all of his freshman to ensure that they were as prepared as possible when it came their time to play. Now that his program has leveled off, going four straight seasons without a winning record, he’s decided it’s time to change his approach.
