Anundsen And Long Receive Wildcard Into US Open

Recent North Carolina graduates and 2007 NCAA Women's Doubles national champions Sara Anundsen and Jenna Long have received the USTA Wildcard into this week's US Open. This accomplishment marks the first time that a Carolina women's tennis player has appeared in the main draw of the event. The duo will face Kladuia Jans and Alicja Rosolska of Poland in the first round on either Wednesday or Thursday.
