Former UNC offensive lineman Jonathan Cooper talked with Jim Rome on his national sports talk radio show. They discussed the significance of Cooper being selected in the NFL Draft so highly as an offensive guard, the influence of his family on his life, and the speed and competition of the NFL game. Other topics included using football as a way to fit in as a kid, his decision to stay at Carolina following the coaching change, and developing a mean streak on the field.
