Tar Heels face first test of 2007

Logically, the 2007 University of North Carolina football team should not win with any regularity. This is a transition year for the Tar Heels, and the hurdles appear insurmountable for a team filled with underclassmen taking a crash course in college football. Of course, sport is about trying to defy logic and overcome the obvious. If teams and individuals never did so, we would quickly turn our attention toward more intriguing endeavors.
