Dallas Cowboys LB Bruce Carter says his elbow is ‘back to normal’

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bruce Carter. Carter was coming on strong during his second-year in the league before a dislocated left elbow ended his season on Thanksgiving Day. The starting inside linebacker, who finished the season with 70 tackles in 11 games, said he is a full-go and ready for OTAs and training camp. (Dallas Morning News)
