Monday, April 22, 2013

North Carolina improved its record to an astounding 39-2 with a sweep of Duke and remained at No. 1 in the Baseball America College Top 25 rankings. While UNC stayed fixed at No. 1, the rest of the top ten saw some shuffling this week. Louisiana State won a series at Alabama and moved up to No. 2 for the first time this year, dropping Vanderbilt to No. 3. (Baseball America)
