Chancellor Holden Thorp Opens Up, Says He Didn’t Know Enough To Run College Sports

Out-going UNC Chancellor Holden Thorp says the power system for college athletics doesn’t work. This is coming after his five years as chancellor, filled with controversies and scandals. Thorp says control over athletics should go back to the athletic directors and away from the college presidents.
