Thursday, April 11, 2013

4. Reggie Bullock, North Carolina: Bullock is on this list ahead of teammates P.J. Hairston and James Michael McAdoo because he makes more of an impact on both ends of the court. UNC’s season of adjustment was rough at times, but Bullock has emerged as a leader for the Tar Heels. It will be very surprising if he’s not a first-team all-ACC player next season. (Sporting News)
