Chancellor Holden Thorp exercised a seldom-used power of his office Tuesday when he asked the student-led Honor Court to suspend proceedings between sophomore Landen Gambill and her ex-boyfriend — bypassing a long-standing tradition of student self-governance. (Daily Tar Heel)
