North Carolina looks for its 16th trip to the regional semifinals in program history Tuesday when the third-seeded Tar Heels face sixth-seeded Delaware at the Bob Carpenter Center. Carolina is 29-6 on the year after beating 14th-seeded Albany, 59-54, in Sunday's first round. Delaware, the Colonial Athletic Association champion, is 31-3 after topping 11th-seeded West Virginia, 66-53.
