Fri Mar 8, 2013
Donavan Tate was a highly rated quarterback prospect back in 2009 when he reported for football practice at North Carolina. Tate's career detours have included a shoulder injury resulting from an accident on an all-terrain vehicle that cost him part of the 2010 season, and a 50-game suspension in 2011 after he tested positive for synthetic cannabis.
