Spring Begins


North Carolina opened its second spring under Larry Fedora on Wednesday with a focus on fundamentals and discovering the identity of the 2013 Tar Heels. “We wanted to come out here and get everything we possibly could out of the day and I thought the guys did that,” Fedora told reporters following a blustery opening day of practice.
