P.J. Hairston coming on strong for Tar Heels


As P.J. Hairston’s sophomore season at North Carolina wears on, David Price is seeing more and more of the player he coached at Dudley. The timid player on a veteran-heavy Tar Heels team last season, is gone. The shooter with swagger, the one who can pile up points in a hurry, is here. “When he’s at the top of his game, he can explode like you’ve never seen before,” Price said. (Winston-Salem Journal)
