Maryland at North Carolina: Three to know

If North Carolina is going to build on the momentum of its 77-72 win at Florida State by beating Maryland, it will need to show some grit. The Terrapins are far from a finesse team, staking their success on less glamorous aspects of the game. The Terrapins lead the conference and rank third nationally in field goal percentage defense, meaning good shots will be hard to come by for the Tar Heels. (Fayetteville Observer)
