Banged-up North Carolina heads into break on a high note
Posted Jan 14, 2013
In each of the previous five seasons, North Carolina's bye in the ACC schedule fell on a weekend. The Tar Heels, who won at Florida State two days ago, don't play again until Maryland visits the Smith Center on Saturday. Roy Williams is happy that UNC (11-5, 1-2) isn't 0-3 in the league heading into the break, which should give the team time to get healthier.
