ACC Freshman Watch, Jan. 1

Tuesday, January 01, 2013

8. Marcus Paige, North Carolina (7.42 ppg, 4.33 apg, 1.73 Ast/TO): UNC has had its ups and downs in the Post-Kendall Marshall Era, but it seems as though the Tar Heels’ new left-handed point guard is beginning to get a feel for the offense. Marcus Paige leads ACC freshmen with 4.33 assists-per-game, and he’s beginning to play more minutes per game while splitting less time at the point with Dexter Strickland. (ACC Sports Journal)
