If there is such a thing as a must-win game at this stage of the season, this one certainly qualifies as such. UNC has an 0-3 record against the KenPom Top 100 and all three of those losses included massive deficits at some point in the game. This is also the last chance to register a solid win for the NCAA Tournament resume prior to ACC play. Prediction: UNC 81 UNLV 71
