Phoenix Suns assign Kendall Marshall to D-League

When Kendall Marshall was selected in the NBA Draft, he was holding onto the slim chance that he might get to learn behind Steve Nash but figured he would get a great opportunity to play if Nash left. The Suns signed Goran Dragic in free agency, Sebastian Telfair held onto the backup job and Marshall is bound for the D-League after a month of the season.
