3. North Carolina (5-1): North Carolina coach Roy Williams said he learned a lot from last week’s loss to Butler in the Maui Invitational. But he then pointed out that, just because you learn something doesn’t mean it’s something you wanted to learn. North Carolina needs work, but it should have enough raw talent to keep it on or near the league’s top tier.
