Roy Williams faces biggest restructuring job with Tar Heels

North Carolina will face one of college basketball’s biggest restructuring jobs this season, amid some uncertainty. The Tar Heels must replace four starters, all taken among the first 17 picks in the last NBA Draft. Two veterans are back after knee surgery, and four freshmen will be heavily counted on.
