Troy Williams' decision adds to uncertainty for North Carolina

North Carolina currently has point guard and power forward in the fold for 2013, and it’s possible that West Charlotte center could sign in November. Georgetown and UNC appear to be the frontrunners for the 6-foot-9, 275-pound Meeks. The Tar Heels are in play for power forward and small forward , two seniors who recently moved from the Class of 2014 to 2013. Kentucky and Florida State are considered the favorites for Wiggins.
